School teachers, tutors and individual students.

MathSpire is suitable for both learning and teaching Maths, at the following levels:

  • GCSE
  • A Level (including Further Maths)
  • IB

We provide comprehensive content for:

  • Edexcel
  • AQA
  • OCR A
  • OCR B
  • Cambridge International
  • WJEC

If you’re studying at an equivalent level to A Levels or IB, it’s very likely that you will encounter overlapping content. However, we cannot guarantee that our content will entirely align with your exam system or specification if they do not fall under any of the curricula we have specified.

We are hoping to expand our content to accommodate more exam boards in the future!

Yes. Even if you have not purchased a subscription, you can access some free content.

Schools

As you can see on our pricing page, we offer free accounts to schools with the following complementary features:

  • Access to our homework solution: each teacher can assign 2 assignments per term, per class.
  • Analytics to track student performance.
  • Interactive materials for in-class teaching.
 

Individuals

As well as our free trial, non-subscribers can view our Sample Content for a taster of our full resources: our interactive textbook, graphs and practice questions.

Our team consists of Cambridge academics which means that we are in a unique position to customise our offering to suit a school’s needs. We work closely with our users and schools to understand their priorities and students’ needs. We are happy to add or modify content as appropriate.

Yes, absolutely! Download it from the App Store (Google Play, Apple, Windows).

In case your school might be able to get an institutional account on behalf your behalf, it may be worth checking with your teacher as to whether your school has undertaken a school trial before.

Yes! We want you to be able to experience the full and unlimited version of MathSpire.

If you’re a student, then you could consider recommending your MathSpire to your schoolteacher.  We offer a 1-month trial to schools, so that you and your classmates can experience MathSpire for longer. 

Schools and Teachers

Yes! We offer a 7-day free trial to individual subscribers.

Just download MathSpire onto your device from your App Store (Google Play, Windows, Apple) and create an account.

We understand that school resources have to be used efficiently – this is why we offer two types of pricing:

  1. The institutional site price (£800 p/a): this is a fixed annual subscription, which is much cheaper for larger schools.
  2. Price per student, per year (£25 per student/year): this is recommended to schools with a teaching group smaller than 30 students.

Yes! We’d be happy to arrange a video call to directly answer any queries or go through a demo with you.

Just one – once one teacher has been set up with an account, they can add their colleagues to create multiple teacher accounts.

You can use MathSpire on your mobile, tablet, laptop and PC. For more detail on system requirements, please refer to the descriptions found on the App Store.

We are happy to arrange a call with you to help. Either:

1. Create a ‘New Class’ in the ‘Classes’ tab.

2. Generate an invite code in the ‘Admin’ tab.

3. Students will receive an email with an invite code, which they can enter on their ‘Account’ page in the app to join the class.
